apple pie
See that yummy looking pie? I baked it! True, hehehe :D
It was my first time to bake an apple pie and it turned out yummy naman although it wasn't moist in the inside. I'm guessing kulang yung apples na nilagay ko, or na-overmix ko yung batter or di kasi ako naka-cake pan kaya ganun. Square pan lang ginamit ko kasi eh yun pa lang ang meron ako. Anyways, masarap naman, naubos nga agad eh pero I want to try another recipe next time, yung mukang pie talaga. Itong sa kin kasi, I just made a batter then poured in the apples tossed in cinnamon, flour and brown sugar tapos gumawa ko ng parang cinnamon topping. Kaya ayun, mas muka syang apple bread :D
I have been surfing the net for recipes and I already have loads of it waiting to be tried :D My first attempt was a tray of brownies. Yummy din lalo na pag galing sa ref. Hay, I want to pursue this. Kaya lang I checked earlier at SM for the baking ware ang mamahal pala. Oh well, one of these days Pom and I will check out Chocolate Lovers for their stuff. I want to buy semi-sweet choco chips and walnuts for the cookies I'm dying to try eh hehe
