banana bread
Good morning everyone!
I woke up with no voice. As in sound is coming out and I remember I had this terrible bout with cough the night before. That being the case, I wasn't able to report for work right away. I needed to have my voice back or else how do I communicate with my callers? lol
Anyways, i went downstairs and thought of making coffee. I opened our ref and saw these two bananas which are almost wilted and is already black-skinned :D And then a thought came to me. Why don't I make a banana bread? I still have time to spare.
So that's the story of this banana bread lol. It's really yummy and our house smelled of it. It's nice to eat a freshly-baked bread.
I should do this more often. I'm thinking of doing cinnamon rolls next. Good luck to me! :)
